Refund policy

We hope you and your little ones love your Oupah pieces!
But if something isn’t quite right, we completely understand; that’s part of the adventure.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with label and packaging.
Once your return is approved, you’ll receive an email with simple steps to send it back.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. It may take up to 14 business days for it to reflect in your account.

Exchanges

Need a different size? No problem.
Simply return your item, and once we receive it, we’ll send out the new size right away.

A Few Notes

- Sale or discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, please email us at hello@oupahoupah.com, and we’ll take care of it.
